Maria Hinojosa is one of the most popular and richest Journalist who was born on July 2, 1961 in Mexico City, Mexico. She has been honored with four Emmy Awards. One for her coverage of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks in 2001. Another for her work on Taxing The Poor in Alabama. She was awarded the American Women in Radio and Television’s Gracie Award for Individual Achievement in 2009. Maria Hinojosa: One-on-One was recognized with New England Emmy Awards for Outstanding Interview Program in 2008 and 2011, and a New England Emmy Award for Outstanding Host/Moderator in 2012.
